This cache is located near the Saylorville dam, off the Neal
Smith Bike Trail.
There are two places to park--N41° 42.413 W093° 40.221 or N41°
41.974 W093° 40.510. One makes the the hike a little easier than
the other. You decide which you want to use. Both parking areas
involve about a one-mile round-trip walk.
The cache was started with 'guy' things--actually stuff I found
in my workshop and basement. Feel free to leave and/or take things
a guy (or someone who knows a guy) would like.
Here are the original contents of the cache:
Blank CDs, army guy, golf ball, 'Later' paper weight, key ring, Red
Green patch, screwdriver, Matchbox car, 'Coach' tape, Matchbox
pickup, zip ties, flashlight key ring, golf club brush, and
velcro. There is also a disposable
camera for taking your picture. Sorry, duct tape wouldn't fit in
the container.
