O is for Obvious Mystery Cache

The cache is NOT located at the posted coordinates, but it is within two miles.  Solve the puzzle to find the final location.  This cache is the fifteenth in a series of 26 puzzle caches, one for each letter of the alphabet. See the bookmark list for other caches in this series!
