Great hilly and mixed tree type forest hike.
This cache was placed in Winter ready for Spring event in Elmvale
and thereafter. The trail gets quite muddy during the thaw so boots
recommended. There is active selective logging in this tract so
caution for logging trucks and implements. It can be best accessed
from the Penetanguishene/Flos Rd 7 forest entrance along the MOST
416 snowmobile/summer hiking trail. However to minimize bushwaking
there is a side trail that enables a close encounter with the
hiding place. Branch off the main hiking trail at N44 35.581 W079
47.797. The container is a "big" cammo'd micro so can accept pins
and such for trading. There is a pencil with the small log book but
you may wish to bring your own writing instrument to be
safe.
