Geocache Description:

Trails are good in dry weather, can get muddy when wet. I don't think bicycles are allowed.

Rye Marshlands ConservancyThis cache was originally the Cache as Cache Can. It was a tupperware container with many goodies and a camera. Unfortunately someone found, plundered and scattered the contents. It has been removed and replaced with a new micro in a slightly different location since I still wanted a reason for you all to visit this neat area. The new cache is a 35mm film cannister containing a log/welcome sheet and tiny pencil. I have changed the name slightly to allow previous finders to search again and take credit for the new location. This park is one of the best birding sites in Westchester County. A great walk to take the kids on. There is only one real hill, but it's graveled and safe. There are trails in meadows, in woods, and through marshlands.Enjoy the park.**Please remember to replace the pieces of bark that prevent casual observation from two directions.
