This cache is a nice easy walk. A family oriented cache with lots to see. Take time to visit the overlook and find the active eagles nest. Also the great nature center near the ball fields.
2002 When we placed this cache, it contained the following; can opener, bungees, squirt gun, silly putty, chalk, dice, foreign coins, and a travel bug with its friend "Baldy" attached. Cache also contains a camera to take your picture when you find the cache. We would like "Baldy" to make it to the Fort Collins, CO area. Thanks and have fun. Sawwhet and luvrlab (Tom, Elaine, Matt, Kelly and Bailey) May 1, 2011 After 9-years Baldy the travel bug has traveled over 24,964 miles throughout North America! We decided it was time to replace the 9-year old plastic Tupperware container with new one (although the original didn't didn't look too bad - amazing that plastic lasts so long). We also replaced all of the wet, dirty 'goodies' with new ones: ENJOY! Update 11/16/2013: Unfortunately the plastic container wasn't holding out water well and its contents got soaked a few times. The container is now an ammo can. What better container for a vintage 2002 geocache!
