Major League Baseball was founded in 1869. 30 teams, split into two leagues (American League and National League) play in the MLB. In 2010 alone, over 70 million tickets were sold to MLB games at the state-of-the-art stadiums the games are held at. This cache will test your baseball I.Q (Or your abilities on the internet ;)).
