An easy cache at a popular tourist spot. So stealth may well be required. PLEASE don't let muggles see the hide. There is plenty of parking near by some free if your prepared to walk 20 or so paces extra. If you want other stuff to do in the area look at the sign posts for ideas, there everywere. Access is good unless you dont like BIG steps.
