Peninsula Park open: Dawn to 11 p.m..
This is a spot from my childhood. As a young boy I use to come here with my friends and swim in the river since it was a deeper area. We used to swim across and climb the tree across the way and jump off into the water below. How times change. The tree no longer looks to safe since it is dead. Well you don't have to climb up that one, but you do have to make it up the one at GZ. Good luck.
