C4- THE HEAT IS ON Traditional Cache
mr007s: [b]I was in the park today metal detecting and walked over to check the cache. The building where it was located is undergoing construction and the wall where the cache once hung is now in ths dumpster. I had a lot of fun with this one but have decided it has ran its course and am retiring it. I may replace with something else at a latter date unless someone else beats me to it. Thanks for all the nice remarks concerning C4, glad you liked it.

I have come to a conclusion! I haven’t uncovered any scientific data, asked a priest, consulted with my ex, or searched the web. I’m going on gut feeling. I submit to you that Catawba County and the surrounding area has more minis, micros, and nanos than anywhere else on God’s green earth. They may be upsetting the balance of things. Businesses are suffering. Employees are playing hooky to hunt them. Marriages are in trouble because one spouse goes to hunt, and the other is left to mow. Loss of sleep is increasing due to DNF’s. Nerves are on edge. Bank accounts are drained to purchase fuel to power us to the cache site. Ticks and “skeeters” are growing fat off our blood. New illnesses are sprouting up, {example: throwthemmicrosintheriveritis} and there seems to be no cure. What are we to do? What am I to do? PAY BACK TIME! If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. No, I’ve not stooped low enough to hide a micro, but that day is coming. What I have done is placed a cache in a very popular park in the Mtn. View area. It is a log only with a FTF prize. Bring something to write with in case you do find it. You will need to be in your best sneak mode if the park is busy. Please don’t be seen, if in doubt come back another time. As always, replace with care so others may enjoy. I can say with all honesty that recently posted caches have had me “looking like a fool”. My hope is this cache will do the same to you.
