Minnesota Welcomes You (to the new route to Wisconsin.)

Very easy P&G. Due to the proximity to the government center the hint provides exact location to expedite the search. Please enjoy the view of the St. Croix Crossing but do not linger on a long hunt.

This is located near parking and a bike path. Non-work hours may be best but not recommended at night.
