cache-fan: Sorry for inconvinience, we stopped about two weeks ago back from our trip to Rustenburg to check and the cache was gone. Really sorry that I forgot to archieve this cache, but it has bee gone so many times in different places that it does not make sense to replace.
Maybe another Geocacher finds a better place were the cache last longer, after all it is a really special place.
