Før vi starter på denne, så er der brændenælder nær cache site, så overvej lige det hvis du er i shorts og det er sæson.
Denne cache har nu haft 10 års jubilæum, og den gang var en lang multi fint, for der var ikke ret mange caches. Ud over mine caches, var der een i Hou, og ellers skulle man til Aalborg for at finde caches. Den lever op til ånden med at vise et flot sted frem for de indvidede.
Denne multi-cache starter midt i Hals by. Ved den angivne position finder du et kendetegn.
På kendetegnet er der et skilt. På skiltet kan du finde en længde og anslået vægt af det fænomen, som kendetegnet kommer fra.
Den anslåede vægt i KILO kalder vi X.
Den anslåede længde i meter kalder vi Y.
Gå nu til et mindesmærke på positionen: N57.00.(Y*14 + 3) E010.(X/4,5)
På dette mindesmærke skal du finde antal bogstaver i det første ord på mindesmærket (=A).
Stashen er gemt 5-6 kilometer fra Hals og det svære kommer i at finde vejen dertil.
Du kan køre indtil 40m fra stachen, så du bør ikke begive dig på hiking før du er tæt på. Det kan faktisk være farligt at gøre!

Du behøver ikke tage trappen for at finde cachen, men så får du ikke set udsigten.

This cache has now had its 10 years anniversary, so here is a bit of geocaching history. At that point in time a long multi was normal, as there were so few caches. The spirit at that time was to show a beautiful place for the few GPS maniacs.
This multi-cache starts in the city of Hals. By the above position you will find a local mark.
On this mark there is a small sign. On the sign you will find an estimated length and weight of the object, from which the mark originates. (The sign is in Danish but you should be able to guess what is weight and what is length).
The estimated weight in KILOS is X.
The estimated length in meter is called Y.
Now go to another monument on the position N57.00.(Y*14 + 3) E10.(X/4,5).
On this monument you have to count the number of letters in the very first word on it (=A).
The stash is hidden 5-6 kilometers from Hals and the difficult part can be to find a road thereto.
As you can drive until you are 40m from the stash, you should not go hiking until you are close. In fact cross-country could be dangerous in this area.
The position is calculated by this formula: N57.(A/3).(17*Y + 20) E10.19.(18*Y – A – 2).
You need not use the stairs to find the cache, but then you will miss the view.
Accuracy by placing was 7m.
