The cache is located in a large spacious coastal cave that houses some old tombs, lots of typhoon flotsam and big fat hungry cave rats.
There once was a mutli cache in this coastal area of Yomitan and stage 2 was located in the same cave as this one. Actually the same container is used as I found that the container was still there (permission from both previous CO's to use this container was granted). So, those older cachers that found this multi a few years ago will know what to expect. For all the rest, a new wonderous place is here for you to explore!
To get to this area please park at the parking waypoint and walk down the path to the beach. OR, you could just walk along the coast (very scenic and recommended but a little difficult at high tide) The listed coords only get you to the entrance of the big cave. To find the cache you must search the wide confines of the cave from left to right from top to bottom. Hence the difficulty level
There are some old tombs inside the cave so please be mindful. A lot of debris is deposited in this cave from typhoons and rough seas and sometimes large fish, squids, sea snakes, moray eels and many other sea creatures end up rotting in this cave. Because of this large hairy rats dwell in the nooks and crannys of the cave to take advantage of a free meal. The cache is also hidden in one of those nooks and crannys so please watch your fingers.
A flash light may come in handy. The Cache is hidden under a pile of rocks but not under any of the rocks that are used for the tombs.
Good luck!
