Geocache Description:

It's 1974 and the 3rd Doctor has just regenerated.  Feeling re-energized and an overwhelming need to help the people of the Earth, the 4th Doctor has something in mind.

4th Doctor:  Sarah-Jane, Brigadier, I need to take the TARDIS for a quick trip in time to the year 2017.  The city of Brisbane in Australia is facing a desperate, dire situation.

The Brigadier:  Surely dinosaurs are not running amok again?

4th Doctor:  No something more serious.

Sarah-Jane:  Is there a dalek invasion imminent?

4th Doctor:  No something even worse than that.

Sarah-Jane and The Brigadier (in unison):  Well what then?

4th Doctor:  There doesn't appear to be enough places to safely store travel bugs and trackables used in the recreational activity of geocaching, especially on the northside of Brisbane.

Sarah-Jane and The Brigadier (looking perplexed):  What's geocaching?

4th Doctor:  Well geocaching will start in May in the year 2000 and involves using a GPS receiver...

Sarah-Jane and The Brigadier (even more perplexed):  What's a GPS receiver?

4th Doctor:  Well a GPS receiver is a device that receives a signal from a satellite and then uses that signal to calculate the device's geographical position.  For geocaching, that involves using multi-billion dollar satellites to find the location of Sistema containers...

Sarah-Jane and The Brigadier (now totally clueless):  What's Sistema?

4th Doctor (sighing loudly and rolling his eyes):  Look, let's just get in the TARDIS and I can show you.  Anyone for a jelly baby?

Luckily for us, the Doctor, Sarah-Jane and The Brigadier were able to find a suitable location for a Travel Bug TARDIS on Brisbane's northside.  You will be happy to know that it is bigger on the inside, so it should fit some of the larger trackables that pop up from time to time.  There is an unactivated Travel Bug and Doctor Who-themed pathtag as a FTF prize and a Doctor Who-themed pathtag each for the following four finders.  You will need a code to open the Travel Bug TARDIS, it's quite simple really, just look at the first sentence in the cache description and the four digit number you see there will have the lock opened in no time (pun totally intended).  Good luck, and please don't forget to log any trackables you drop in or retrieve - we don't want them to get lost through cracks in the fabric of time and space.

Note: following wet weather, there are lost of mozzies in the area, so don't forget to take your insect repellent!

Congratulations Ardom on FTF!
