This cache was placed to honor the top 10 Nebraska cachers as of the date this cache was placed. Rotorootie had 16,496.
This cache is hidden within a public or roadside ROW area within Yankton County. No need to cross fences or to enter private property to retrieve the cache. Take care to park safely and pay attention to traffic conditions; caches were selected to have safe parking areas nearby.
