Please join us on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for our Geocky CITO along our Adopt a Highway designated route on Leestown Road and earn a special CITO 2018 souvenir from Groundspeak for attending.
We are required to hold several events during the year in order to keep our signs up.
Cache In Trash Out® (CITO) is an ongoing environmental initiative supported by the worldwide geocaching community. Since 2002, geocachers around the world have been dedicated to improving parks and other cache-friendly places.
We will park and meet at 9:00 a.m. at the given coordinates, located just inside Masterson Station Park. After a safety briefing we will split into teams and begin the task of picking up litter along Leestown Road.
Be sure to bring your own gloves and dress accordingly for the weather. Bottled water and trash bags will be provided. If you cannot make it there by 9:00 a.m. feel free to join us and pitch in as soon as you can.
