Geocache Description:

Somewhere along the Green River there is a marker to show the state line. It may be hard to spot when you're traveling along the road, but it's there. Look at the top of the marker, there is a line.

You will be looking for a small, clear 4-tab container hidden under a rock. It's in a spot that is not really winter friendly, but you would know where to dig. It's well above the usual high water lines, too.

If you're in Vermont coming south, you'll be on River Road in Guilford. If you're coming north, you'll be on what the town of Colrain calls North Green River Road. When you find the cache it may be hard to discern which side of the line it's on. Coordinates place it in Vermont!

There's a pull off a few yards to the south of the marker. You might want to look for a gradual way to the cache as it is well above the road.

If you've been here before you might remember there used to be another cache here. It was archived because the cache owner has moved away. On the Line, GCHX5Y
