One of the main points of interest in Mountain city is the Mountain City Water Tower. Seeing this location did not have a cache i decidedto place one here in addition to my other cache placements is mountain city. This cache is a small cache, located under a rock by a sage on a hill behind the water tower. Be sure to check my other caches out and the history of the place. Enjoy.
