This cache is located on the Discovery Trail, a 1.4 mile loop trail in Lincoln, NH. Interpretive panels describing both managed and natural forest ecology have been placed along the trail. Three other caches are also on the trail.
The parking area for the trail is located on Rte. 112, the Kancamagus Highway, in Lincoln NH. A White Mountain National Forest parking pass is required.
The Discovery Trail has quite a few benches spread throughout the trail for visitors. This cache, a round green lock n' lock, is located near a limited, formerly good, view of Mt. Osceola.
