Na mieste niekdajsieho popraviska postavili v rokoch 1722 -1723 stavitelia L. Tornyossi a S. Grimming z podnetu postoveho spravcu Viktorina Flachenfelda mariansky (morovy) stlp Neposkvrnenej P. Marie (Immaculata). Ide o 14 m vysoky stlp na kamennom podstavci s plastikami Jozefa, Sebastiana a Ladislava. Na vrchole je plastika Panny Marie. Na pilieroch plotu su plastiky sv. Gabriela, sv. Alžbety uhorskej, sv. Margity, sv. Michala archanjela a sv. Barbory.

The Immaculata Statue is the most beautiful Baroque-style sculptured monument in the City. It commemorates the plague and is dated from 1722 - 1723. Its architectonic base was designed by the Kosice master Tomas Tornayosi and the sculpture by the sculptor Griming. It is a 14 m high column on the stone base with sculptures of Josef, Sebastian and Ladislav. On the top there is the sculpture of Virgin Mary. On the pillars of the fence there are sculptures of St. Gabriel, St. Elizabeth of Hungary, St. Margita, St. Michael the archangel and St. Barbora.
