Sussex Camping Event #2 Event Cache

We have decided to return to the site we used last year. Many of you really liked this site, and the positive feedback from those in attendance was great.
There are many caches nearby, and more will be placed prior to the event.
There is a private fishing lake on site (a fee is payable) please make sure you have a rod licence if you intend to go fishing. The site is also ideally situated for easy access to both the Southdowns and the Sussex Coast

For those of you wishing to attend but not wanting to camp, there will be an off site meet at the nearby Bull Inn, Mock Bridge, London Road, Henfield, West Sussex, BN5 9AD from 12noon - 3pm on Saturday the 11th June 2011. This is also where we had the off site part of the event last year. The Log book will be at the pub during this time so that people can log the camping event by attending the off site meet. They have a large beer garden, but this year we also have the use of the room containing the skittle alley. A link to their website can be found here Can you please indicate on your log if you intend to attend the pub part of the event so I can let them know rough numbers for staffing.

Costs
The costs have been negotiated and are being kept the same as last year. The price is per pitch and will be £12 for non electric and £15 with electric hook up per night. There is an additional charge of £1.00 per dog. There is a fee for Fishing which is £8 per rod and fishing times are from 7 am to dusk.

Booking
Booking for the camping event is to be made direct with the campsite. Complete the online booking form and in the space where it says 'Other Details', please write 'Part of Geocaching Group'
When logging your intent to attend on this event page, can you please also state the number of adults, children and dogs and the nights that you will be camping. I shall be posting a table of attendees as I did last year and will update it regularly.

Other Info
BBQ's are permitted, but must be off the ground.
Fires are permitted but must be off the ground and in a contained fire pit. Only smokeless heatlogs may be used. (These should be available on site). No Wood Fires are permitted at any time.
Site rules must be observed at all times.
