CO note: I like caches that forces you to use your head. Some find this type of cache annoying. Be warned: I like this cache... That said: No special skills are required to solve this. Basic knowledge of Douglas Adams helps. No Tools needed and no Tools allowed. This is a cache solved by brainpower alone.

Because of the massive amount of time/resources this cache takes to produce it is not replaceable. Stealth (not really possible but you know what I mean) and TLC please.
To open the cache turn the opener 1/4 (90 degrees) with the tool provided under the bench (Update: The flat screwdriver that was provided is gone..?). Be careful, the case of the cache is rather fragile. To Close lid and door just push carefully, sometimes a 1/4 turn in the other direction is needed.
If the cache doesn't work, please raise maintenance flag. There is nothing you can do yourself.
