Geocache Description:


This cache was placed by two explorers from Edinburgh whilst on our annual cycle trip from Edinburgh to Lenzie. It is a small camo click and lock box, but when we placed it we forgot to put swap items in so please bring some! But when placed there was a geocoin.

Very close to this cache is woodcockdale stables: a small scout centre owned by the 1st west lothian sea scouts. We stay there on our cycle trips and it is excellent .
The stables were built in the 1820's as a staging post. Today they have been refurbished to accomodate small scout parties. The stables boast full residential facilities providing an ideal base for groups wishing to visit Linlithgow, Edinburgh and the Lothians.

To access the cache you can park at the stable (an additional waypoint is given) or like us you can cycle in - a far better way!

Please hide the cache back exactly where you found it, and please post photos of you and your bike!
