Geocache Description:

One of the first caches I searched for was on this bridge.  It took me 3 visits to find it and it felt like an accomplishment to finally get it.  Unfortunately, it was in poor condition and eventually disappeared, leaving only a scrap of log sheet tucked into the metal railing of the bridge.  I have a soft spot for this one, so since it was archived, I have decided to put a new one there, hence the V2.0.

Once you get outside of Bloomington/Normal, there is alot of miles and miles of corn and soybean fields and alot of country bridges.  The views are long and the quiet is refreshing.  Get out of town and enjoy an afternoon in the country.   This one is not really hard to find.  You don't have to go under the bridge or get your feet wet.   You're looking for a small camouflaged jar with a logsheet, big enough for a travel bug or two and some small trinkets. Bring your own writing utensil.  I put a few geocoins in it to start.   There might even be a special item for the FTF.

While you're there, go about 50 yards to the east and look back north across the field.  See the large barn skeleton over the trees.  I think that's what it is, but it does look interesting.
