I have been by here thousands of times and I have also wanted to place a cache here. I decided it was time so I did. I haven't been able to find out much about the sculpture/statue. It is a Native American Scuplture. It is at the corner of Summit Street and Kansas Avenue.
You are looking for a micro inside another container. Please rehide it so it blends in.
Parking can be a problem right at the cache but there is parking across the street north, west, and south. You can park to the east in the alley. You will have to walk a very short distance. Please use stealth when finding and hiding it back as much as possible. I know it will be hard so just do your best.
