Tb hotel place on private property with permission of owner. The cashe is easily accessed from the side walk no need to beat up the bushes.
Look for a locked box on the corner of the GZ. The cache is setup so the person looking for it has some privacy while using it. This is a muggle mecca so use your geosenses. Also, the location has been known to have a grumpy troll inhabiting it so try not to be noticed. Try to make sure you log your visit and any trackables you move to help keep the inventory correct.
