Geocache Description:

A short off-set multi. The final container is a little larger than a 35mm film pot. Please bring your own pen.

The third in a mini series of caches in and around the red phone boxes of Cam. These have been adopted by the local council and looked after by volunteers so that the iconic boxes can stay as points of interest for the community even though the phones are no longer operational.

This cache includes information that you will need to get the coordinates of the series bonus cache (GC840E3). Remember to make a note of this information.

At the posted coordinates you will need to find the following information:

The contact telephone number is ABCDE FGH IJK

N51 G (D-B) . (D+(E/F)) J (C+J), W002 (I-D) (C/G) . (C+D) H K

The other caches in the series are:

GC840DB - Cam Green Park

More information on the red phone boxes of Cam can be found at: https://www.camparishcouncil.gov.uk/bt-red-telephone-boxes-project.html

As well as being part of the Cam Red Box series, this cache is also number 10 in a growing series of caches dedicated to red phone boxes and red letter boxes that aren't quite close enough to meet the 100 foot proximity rule to be an official "Fine Pair" but are still a great spectacle of the tradition of proper letter boxes and phone boxes. If you would like to add to this series, please contact Leonards193 via her profile page to request a number.
