Geocache Description:

They say that politics makes for strange bedfellows. The cemetery has its own strange neighbors. This cache takes you to one example.

Two stage multi with the first virtual stage located in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The cemetery is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. You can park on the cemetery's side roads not far from the first stage.

The header coordinates will bring you to the grave of a husband and wife. This grave has a bench as part of the headstone. The male internee's initials are: A.S.F. Make a note of his name and his year of birth.

Now face east with your back to the grave, looking toward the train tracks and the parkway. About 12 feet to the north-east (to the left) you'll see a simple grave marker flush with the ground. It is the grave of a female internee with the initials E.L.L., make a note of her name and the year of her death.

Add together the male's date of birth and the female's date of death. Checksum: If you add the numbers of the sum together (e.g., 1776 = 1+7+7+6= 21), it will equal 27. Now add the sum (NOT the checksum) to the following numbers: N 4101618 and W 7344226 for the final coordinates (just drop the decimal in the usual place).

The log-only final cache, a magnetic hide-a-key, is not hidden in the cemetery but in a nearby park. You won't be able to walk there from the first stage. There is parking though, close to the final coordinates.

Stealth may be required in your search so situational awareness is warranted. Replace the cache as found.

The interesting part comes when you get home and Google the names. Happy hunting.
