ChcknLdy's Chagrin Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

alaaro: Sadly, we have decided to archive this cache. The area where the cache was hidden is getting overgrown and is no longer that enjoyable to walk. Perhaps if/when this becomes a rail trail, and the area is better maintained, we can revive this cache.

Geocache Description:

This is a multi-staged cache hidden along the railroad tracks that parallel the western bank of the Merrimack River, just south of Sewalls Falls in Concord.

We lovingly dedicate this to ChcknLdy because we just know that she enjoys this type of multi-cache!

The posted coordinates are NOT for the final location, but rather for the first stage of this multi. There are three stages/locations you must find first in order to get the final coordinates for the cache. Each of these three locations is a different type of hide, and all three are micros. The final (fourth) location hides a small camoed Lock 'N Lock that we initially filled with various keychains. There is also a special item for the FTF. [Awesome! A Co-FTF being shared by none other than ChcknLdy herself(!), along with HnnhDg, Otter-Pop and Shine516. Kudos to ChcknLdy (and the others) for suffering through one more "annoying" Multi-cache! ]

As you hike from the parking location to the posted coordinates, keep your eyes open for a railroad mileage marker along the way. [If you're not familiar with what it would look like, it's a cement post that has black numbers painted on a white background at the top.] You need to use the number on it to replace the letters in the coordinates you will find at each of the remaining cache locations. The first digit of the number replaces the letter K and the second digit replaces the letter L. We hope your math skills aren't too rusty!

According to our GPSR, all coordinates were determined to be within 20 feet accuracy.

Warning: There is definitely some poison ivy growing at different spots along either side of these railroad tracks, so beware of the possibly of it being in areas near the caches.
