Welcome back to Wickham Park and the SCGA's Annual Picnic in the park event. We are keeping things simple but fun this year in celebration of 13 years of hosting this event. We have kept the February date in hopes of cooler weather. We also are excited the Seastar255 gang will be back in our crew again this year. Come out to the park on Saturday February 8th and celebrate 13 years with us. We are also planning a Friday night campfire event and a Sunday CITO event.
We will have a lot of the normal activities going on, event, raffle and PSJ Kids awesome Pulled Pork and Chicken lunch and more. We have the park reserved for Friday night, Saturday and Sunday so if anyone would like to tent camp we will once again be offering that for $15.00 per spot for the weekend. The campground is full but you are welcome to park your camper or RV in the Youth area. There will be no hookups ie water or electric but you will have a place to park and there are restrooms and showers available on site. I will post a link to our web site to get more information and to purchase meal tickets and swag. We have decided after a lot of feedback to switch things up this year and not have a kayak but possibly something else TBA. Make plans now, it is not far away. We have a ton of stuff to do between now and then but this should be another awesome weekend of fun. If all goes well the weather should be much nicer as well. We hope to see you there.
