This is quite close to a set of wooden steps. You can approach the cache from the top or the bottom of the hill
CAUTION! A few folks have mentioned how slippery the steps are - so take extra care!
This is our first cache that we have placed (we have found about 60 so far, and were very keen to give back to the caching community!).
The purpose of this cache was two fold: (1) to get you outdoors and to see one of the beautiful Calgary Parks, and (2) to include trinkets that will help you to survive in the outdoors. Hence the name "Survival of the Fittest"
The location fits in perfectly - the park has a couple skating rinks, tennis courts and a super size hill for sledding! We even saw a couple Cross Country skiers as we were approaching the cache site :)
Although the original theme of the cache was "Survival of the Fittest", feel free to take and place any items (not necessarily related to this theme)....
