Geocache Description:

Well, it is true. I have retired from being the community volunteer reviewer for Louisiana. This is one of what may be a series of events to celebrate my retirement. If, not then I may attend events hosted by others. The date was picked to try and avoid conflicts with the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

Retirement

The event will be held near where my old home town is and at a place frequented by geocachers with an appetite. No purchase is necessary to attend the event. You are expected to pay for your own food and drink if you do place an order.

Start time is 12:00 PM. End time is 2:30 PM.

There will be door prizes furnished by Groundspeak. Yeah, I know! When did you ever get anything free from them? Everyone is guaranteed a prize.
