Geocache Description:

Pinhey's Point is a historic site on the Ottawa River in the Kanata area. The museum is open weekends during the summer and they often have special events. On the grounds, there are picnic tables, barbecues, and parking. The bay is a popular anchorage for boats from Britannia Yacht Club, Nepean Sailing Club, and CVGR.

The cache is a small camoflaged thermos with room for geocoins and small trading items.

There is poison ivy on the grounds, so you may find some on the way to the cache. There IS poison ivy near the "skipping stone" bay.

Congratulations to valspad who was FTF!!! She received an unregistered geocoin as the prize.
