Geocache Description:

The above coordinates are 100% bogus! This tiny micro is located elsewhere!!!

This cache shares more of my appreciation for big noisy things. It is located in the little town of East Berlin. Finding this cache requires some brain power and some simple addition to find it. Piece of cake right?!?!

There are 100 lamps lined up in a row in a long hallway. Each lamp is numbered consecutively 1 to 100. Each lamp also has its own on/off switch and are currently all switched off. The hallway has an entry door at one end and a seperate exit door located at the other end. There
are 100 people standing in a line outside the entry door. Person #1 is a female, & person #2 a male, keeping that order on down the line until the very end, making it a total of 50 women & 50 men. Person #1, the first female, enters through the entry door & switches on every lamp & leaves the hallway through the exit door. Person #2, the first male, then enters the hallway & flips the switch on every second lamp, (turning off lamps 2,4,6...) then leaves the hallway through the exit door. Person #3, the second female, is next enter the hallway & flips the switch on every third lamp, (changing the state of lamps 3,6,9... then leaves through the exit door. This goes on until all 100 people have passed down the hallway.

What are the numbers on the lamps that remain illuminated after the 100th person, the final male, exits the hallway?

The cache location: N= 39 56.ABC W= 76 58.XYZ

To find the ABC needed, add all of the odd numbered remaining illuminated lamps numbers together and subtract 3. This will give you the numbers for ABC.

To find the XYZ needed, add all of theeven numbered remaining illuminated lamps numbers together, multiply it by 3, and add 3. This will give you the numbers for XYZ.

After that, all that is needed is to grab the GPS, hop in the car & sign the log. Make sure to bring you bring your own pen however because there is no room in this cache to hold one. PLEASE be sure to hide the container as well or better than how you found it so others can enjoy this cache for a long time to come. Please enjoy & GOOD LUCK!!!!
