How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

March 20th marks the first day of spring for 2018, but the 17th is when we celebrate St. Patrick's Day. You don't have to be Irish to wear green, but it is the primary color of Signal the Frog; Geocaching's mascot.

So come join the Friendly Regional Organization of Geocache Seekers for another TB and Geocoin discover, trade or drop-off at the McDonald's next to the Fairfield TB Motel (visit link) from 10 AM to 11 AM. There will be a large container on hand to drop off TB's or Geocoins. You can also discover the F.R.O.G.S. TB (visit link) who has racked up several thousand miles in his journeys.

If there are enough geocachers who attend, then we will have a small raffle providing items are donated and possibly a FTF. If not, don't worry there are plenty of newer caches in Fairfield and Vacaville to find close by.

Easy access to the event is off I-80 and Manual Campos Parkway in Fairfield.
