As you walk to cache 13, you may pass St Matthews’s church, complete with church micro and two commonwealth war graves from WW2. Our final cache is placed close to the village war memorial, there is no need to enter the actual memorial garden to retrieve the cache. The rough, granite rock memorial lists the 19 men killed in WW1 and the 12 men from WW2. After logging this cache, you can head past the village hall and down the hill back to the start.
