Hunters Creek is a 780 acre parcel of land owned by the County of Erie. Itis designated for day use only. Dogs are allowed but should be on a leash. The area is great for hiking, biking and xc-skiing. This cache will take you thru a small portion of the park.
Parking coordinates are 42 44.185 N 078 33.267 W . For safety sake park completely off the road, and do not block the chained entrance.
Start your quest by entering the old parking area on the other side of the chained entrance. Follow the wide trail from the parking coordinates. The cache is in a 50 cal. ammo box, just a short distance off the trail. It is an easy walk from the parking site. If you have some time after finding the cache, continue along the trail and enjoy the beauty of the area. There is an old log cabin site and a beautiful 150 foot gorge and creek further along the trail.
Trade fair and replace the cache EXACTLY as you found it.
