Chuck Walla: Hello okiealiens,

Geocaching HQ flagged this cache as one that may need attention and sent you an email about it. Some time after that, I disabled your cache and requested that you check on your cache and perform any necessary maintenance. Since you have not responded to my reviewer log about your cache by posting a note to your cache page to tell me and others of your intention to address the issue with it, the cache has been archived at the direction of Geocaching HQ.

Geocache Description:

Jump in the car and take a cruise through some rural roads in southwest Oklahoma. Why?
RED ROCK RUN!
You will twist and turn through county roads and highways, exploring new areas of Oklahoma. Seeing rural farms and ranches. Discovering animals along the way, even buffalo! Have fun! We did!

This is a series of caches running to Red Rock Canyon in Hinton, Oklahoma from El Reno, Oklahoma.Starting in El Reno, Oklahoma, you travel south off of highway I-40 onto Country Club Road then west down Reno Road to State Highway 37 into Hinton, Oklahoma.

The first cache to discover starts in El Reno, Oklahoma GC24RCN-Red Rock Run #1 at coordinates

N 35° 30.324 W 097° 58.324

The final cache is in Hinton, Oklahoma GC24VZX-Comment Cache Red Rock Run #78 at coordinates

N 35° 27.372 W 098° 21.378

The caches were placed near or by either a driveway, a road shoulder or a turn-off intersection. I wanted the run to be as safe and less muddy as possible. So please look for these as your hunting the caches to pull your geocar off the roads. Please do not cross any fences while geocaching, there will be some no trespassing signs posted, but all caches are not placed on other side fences.

Please bring your own writing stick to sign logs. When signing logs, please sign only the date and your geoname to leave room for future geocashers. Abusing logs will get your log deleted. Please post any fun stories, or how long it took you to go cache to cache to completing the run. Each cache is the same type of container, excepted for three caches. These three containers are COMMENTCACHES, inside of each is a notebook in which you can write anystories, adventures you had along the way, or just anything you like to note about. Travel bugs and coins can also be traded in the comment caches. Please post as many pictures you have taken on the comment caches logs, I will also publish them randomly on the different Red Rock Run caches.

Since they are placed in rural Oklahoma, you will find barbwire by many of the locations, so please watch your children during the fun. To keep the run going, please place caches back in same place as you found. With so many caches on this route, will be hard to maintain, any help will caches will be much appreciated. There are wild animals in the area so use Caution!

This is the beginning, so please refuel, grab a bite to eat, or use the bathroom before going any further. Make this run fun for everyone!

Look how many cachers have traveled from other states along the RED ROCK RUN!
