NO PIE! NO PIE! Maker Madness #3 Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

Alaskan Bev: OK, OK, already, gads! I was having trouble with my GPS's tonight, too. One would only get to 80% function. I was about to give up and just pout my way home. Then I saw two slender, great-looking guys who gave me directions, although they had never heard the name Beer Can Lake, so I was able to make it to tonight's event, on time, even! Since this Maker Madness #3 event was earlier this month and people are still going to it and wondering where everyone is - off line it goes. It was great, folks! Each one is more fun than the last! Cache on!

Geocache Description:

Event: Maker Madness #3 (following requests at the recent fun-filled Watermelon Wednesday event.)

Time: 4:45 to 5:45 p.m., Sunday evening, June 4th, 2017

Why? For geocaching tales, fun, & fellowship, and to create more geocaches!

Where: at the Traditional Pie location! Where else?

You don't even need to bring pie (unless you want to). I'll have some sort of minor snacks and anyone else who wants to contribute to the mix is welcome to. No pressure here, though!

At the Maker events we sit (bring your own lawn chair), stand, or walk around, look at all the neat things other people have brought, and get great ideas for how to combine them into new or unusual geocaches! Find any geojunk lately, maybe a little too good or interesting to discard but you haven't quite figured out what to do with it? Bring it along! It may be exactly what someone else has been needing! Geo-things piling up and threatening to explode from your closets or (worse yet) your garage? This is a great way to put them to good use! Wood scraps are great, too! It's fun for whomever wants to to work together to make an event group cache that one of us will want to hide somewhere really awesome!

We invite the GeocacheAlaska! folks and store to join us, too!

I'll have a table, some basic tools, glue, cord, and whatever else I can whip together.

Come one, come all, you creative geocachers, you! It just won't be an Event without you!
