urban vlo: We hebben de cache vandaag weggehaald, de clou van het verhaal is weg. De oude spoortunnel is nu een (verlicht) fietspad geworden. Er zijn nog vier personen die (volgens het logboek) nog moeten loggen, dus ga gerust je gang.
Bedankt aan iedereen die deze cache bezocht heeft.

Het spoor bijster

Een leuke klein multi aan de rand van Malmedy. Het is een verlaten spoortunnel. De tunnel is niet meer in gebruik en er liggen ook geen rails meer in.
Parkeren kan bij wp 1.

Bij waypoint 1 sta je voor een kleine tunnel die onder de snelweg door loopt. Hier staat een bord.
Hoeveel woorden staan erop? = A
Wat is de letterwaarde van de tweede letter van het eerste woord? (a = 1, b = 2, c = 3, etc) = B
Hoeveel letters heeft het derde woord? = C
D = C + B - A
E = B - B

Loop nu de kleine tunnel door en ga via waypoint 2 naar waypoint 3.

Bij waypoint 3 is de tunnelingang, voor het eindcoördinaat moet je hier naar binnen. De tunnel bestaat uit twee gedeeltes. Een nieuwer en een oud gedeelte. Loop door tot in het oude gedeelte en in de eerste vluchtnis aan de linkerkant vind je de laatste drie cijfers van het noordcoördinaat. En in de eerste nis aan de rechterkant de laatste drie cijfers van het oostcoördinaat.
De cache kun je vinden op N50°25.--- E005°59.---

Veel plezier bij het zoeken en vergeet de zaklamp niet.

A nice, little multi on the outskirts of Malmedy. It's a tunnel of the railway. The rails has been taken away, so the tunnel is sort of useless now. You can park your car at WP1.

WP1. Just before the little tunnel is a sign.
Count the number of words. = A
The second letter of the first word (change the letter in a number a=1, b=2, c=3) = B
Count the letters of the third word. = C
D = C + B - A
E = B - B

Walk through the little tunnel and go via WP2 to WP3.

At WP3 is the entrance of the tunnel, for the final coördinates you have to enter the tunnel. The tunnel consist of two parts, an old and a new part. Walk in to the old part and in the first escape niche on the left side you find the last three numbers of the North coördinate and in the first escape niche on the right side you'll find the last three numbers of the East coördinate.
You can find the cache on N50°25.--- E005°59.---

Une charmante petite Multi en bordure de Malmedy. Il s’agit d’un tunnel ferroviaire désaffecté où les rails ont été retirés.

Possibilité de parking au WP1.

WP1. Juste devant le petit tunnel se trouve un panneau indicateur.
Le nombre de mots = A
La valeur de la seconde lettre du premier mot (transformer la lettre en nombre a=1, b=2, c=3) = B
Le nombre de lettres du troisième mot = C
D = C + B - A
E = B - B

Traverser le petit tunnel et rejoindre le WP3 en passant par le WP2.

Au WP3 se situe l’entrée d’un tunnel dans lequel vous devrez rentrer pour trouver les coordonnées de la finale. Le tunnel est constitué de deux parties : une nouvelle et une ancienne. Parcourir le tunnel jusqu’à la partie ancienne dans laquelle vous trouverez des niches de sécurité. Dans la première niche de gauche, vous trouverez les trois derniers chiffres des coordonnées nord et dans la première niche de droite, vous trouverez les trois derniers chiffres des coordonnées est.
Vous pourrez trouver la cache aux coordonnées N50°25.--- E005°59.---
