Every year a handful of us on the street go all out for Halloween, but not many people show up to see it. Over the years there are fewer and fewer people who stop by for candy, so we are always wondering what to do with all that leftover. We figured why not invite the local cachers over to come trick-or-treat and meet-and-greet once again? Like last year, come see our spooky creations, get some candy, grab a smiley, obtain a souvenir, and talk with other local cachers. Feel free to bring friends, family, and kids (who are welcome to go trick-or-treating on the street and check out our other neighbor's spirited decorations). We would certainly love to see everyone in costume, but it's not necessary whatsoever. There is plenty of parking along the wide street. Park near GZ and walk to the spookiest house near it. I can't guarantee that it won't be a spooky experience though - the yard is HAUNTED! See CactusJen (the wizard) for directions to the log. Then, feel free to hang out and talk caching with others who attend. Stay as long, or as short, as you like.
This event is completely free - in fact we'll give you candy for showing up!
The times are not set in stone, but we are thinking about 7pm-8:30pm approximately. Come and go as you please.
