This cache is located in the Occoquan Regional Park. You'll want to park next to the Blue Trail. Go on the trail and hike for a little ways. You will come to a grassy road that intersects the Blue Trail. At this point, start following the road to the cache site. After finding the cache, you can go back towards the trail to finish the hike. It doesn't take long, and you'll end up back on the main park road.
The cache is a very small tupperware container. It's not quite micro size but it's not very big, either. There's a few plastic frogs and the log in the container. It's a tight squeeze. You'll need to bring your own pen to sign the log. There's a very good chance you could see some deer on your way to the cache. I've seen 8 deer now in my three visits to the park. The Blue Blazed Trail is roughly a 1.2 mile trail that is a moderate walk through the woods (not a paved trail). It's rather hilly at the start. Just make sure to follow the blue dots on the trees. Good luck!
Congratulation to Chase Clan 2.3 for FTF!!!
