Cambs/Suffolk Stroll #13 _ Rolling Stone Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

GeoMickeyH: I have come to the hard decision to archive this series.
After my dad passed in March and with the lockdown measured etc. I have struggled to get motivated with Geocaching. My mental and social self has not been quite right, and I don't believe I can commit 100% in maintaining this series.
I want to get out caching again, but the workload on maintenance has stopped that.
I may bring this back again in the future.

This cache has now been collected for archive.

Geocache Description:

________________________________________

The Cambs/Suffolk Stroll series is now complete. The whole trail is 6.5 miles or 10.5 kilometers long. It consists of 48 caches with "a Fine Pair" at Streetly End on the route.

There is space for one car at cache #1. Please leave space for farm vehicles to access the track.
Also, the series does a figure of 8 cross over at cache #24. If you are feeling pushed for time, you can then jump to cache #37 and complete the larger loop. You could then come back and complete the shorter loop by parking close to cache #32

I have set all hides apart from 2 at 1.5 Terrain and Difficulty, premium free and free to all. I understand my ratings may be to low for some of you cachers. However, that's how we make them free to all, including for the younger boys and girls. I hope you enjoy your time out on this trail.
The below maps have been made to help you.
The first map is a trails map. I have highlighted in Red on here when you will be walking along a road. Please stay extra vigilant, keep your Geokidies and Geodogs extra safe in those areas.
The second map shows you the Cambridgeshire and Suffolk border if you are interested.
Please bring supplies of water and snacks for this walk, and make sure someone knows you are out here. If possible do the trail with some company (Friends or Family)..

Cache Maintenance:
I am dedicated to cache maintenance and try my best to keep all caches in good order. However, I am more than happy if you can replace logsheets if needed. There are a few nano logs on this trail, so please bear that in mind.
Also, drop down replacement caches. I do not mind this, but I ask that you really make sure the cache is missing. Make sure you study the recent logs, and you must let me know via email or the GC message service of exactly what you have done with a photo if possible. I will need to come out and check and replace certain caches myself if need be.
