Plaketter

Det er utrolig mange plaketter i Trondheim - du vet, disse metallplatene med historiske opplysninger om huset de er festet til. Vi haster forbi og legger til daglig ikke merke til dem. Nå har du sjansen til å besøke nesten et dusin og samtidig få vite litt om de aktuelle bygningene. Alle plakettene, med ett unntak, er festet til en husvegg - i sentrale deler av byen.

Besøk plakettene lokalisert på koordinatene i tabellen nedenfor og finn svaret på det tilhørende spørsmål. Erstatt koordinatene i det aktuelle feltet i tabellen med dette svaret. Når alle koordinatene er erstattet, har du koordinatene til den egentlige cachen på formen N 63º AB.CDE - E 010º AB.CDE ^*).

Som nevnt ovenfor, er dette en virtuell cache som altså ikke har noen fysisk beholder, men byr på helt andre verdier. Ta en tur inn og lær mer om de kulturelle og historiske verdier stedet har å by på når det gjelder Trondheim bys 1000-årige historie.

^*) Hver av bokstavene A-E har to svar. Hvilket av svarene som tilhører N-koordinatet og hvilket som tilhører E-koordinatet til den egentlige cachen, bestemmes av plakettens plassering i forhold til "aksen": Plaketter vest for "aksen" tilhører N-koordinatet, og plaketter øst for "aksen" tilhører E-koordinatet.

Til FTF: Til venstre for cachen er det en bygning med søyler på hver side av inngangsdøren. FTF-sertifikatet er tapet nederst bak på nærmeste søyle.

Plaques

Note: The given coordinates are of course bogus and do NOT reflect the cache's placing. The cache, which is a virtual cache, is in the town centre of Trondheim, and you'll find its coordinates by solving the "puzzle",

It's an incredible quantity of plaques in Trondheim - you know, those metal plates with historical details about the building they are fixed to. We rush past them every day without taking notice. Now you got the chance to visit almost a dozen and at the same time learn a little about that particular building. (If you master Norwegian!) Each and every plaque, with one exception, is fixed to a wall - in the town centre.

Visit the plaques located at the cordinates listed in the table below and find the answer to the belonging question. (You don't need to master Norwegian to do so!) Replace the coordinates in the relevant table field with this answer. When all coordinates are replaced, you've got the coordinates for the real cache on the form N 63º AB.CDE - E 010º AB.CDE ^*).

As mentioned abow, this is a virtual cache. It contains no physical container but offer quite other values. Step inside. Learn more about the cultural and historical values this place has to offer regarding Trondheim's 1000 years of history

^*) Each of the letters A-E has two answers. Which one of the answers belongs to the N-coordinate and which one to the E-coordinate of the real cache is determined by the plaque's placing relative to the "axis": Plaques to the west of the "axis" belongs to the N-coordinate, while the plaques to the east of the "axis" belongs to the E-coordinate.

FTFC: The building to the left of the cache has an entrance door with columns on each side. The FTFC is taped to the lower back of the nearest one.
