Our technicians have received this signal some time ago. Due to the short duration of the signal they could not determine its origin. Since the signal was repeated a number of times, we are pretty certain that it contains some message, but despite our efforts we were not able to decode it - it always looks like white noise. The signal consists of a block with 187500(=500x375) bits, and the technicians assume that it has some two-dimensional structure and have represented it graphically. Decoding the message could yield the ultimate hint about the signal's origin. You're our biggest hope towards achieving this goal!
