This cache is the 16th point on the Dartmoor Forest boundary, as established by the 1240 Perambulation. More details about the Perambulation can be found on the cache page for the Dartmoor Forest Bonus. On the front page of the logbook is an adjustment to be made to the Bonus co-ordinates, which you will need to find the Bonus.
To reach this cache from Ryder’s Hill, follow the well-trodden track towards Snowdon Hill. This path almost falls into the workings at the head of West Wella Brook at the boundary stone.
The next waypoint on the Perambulation is Wester Wellabroke, down the valley. The brook never gets very large, which is fortunate as you may need to cross and recross it a few times on your way down.
