Great hike in Mount Spokane State park. The hike is relatively easy, but has a couple of moderately steep parts. I measured 2.4 miles from the parking area to the cache.
Park at N 47°55.026 W 117°07.343 Follow the gated dirt road to the outhouse, then take the trail uphill. Take the right fork, then take an immediate right onto the smaller trail. Follow trail #130 to Mt. Day. Cache is hidden near the best viewpoint on Mt. Day.
Cache is a clear plastic container, Approximately 6 X 8 X 1.5 inches.

Plastic Slinky.
Set of Keychain carabiners
Bike tube repair kit.
GPS fuel.
A fiver.
Writing utinsils.
A Casino coin
A whistle (new)
Park hours are 6:30 a.m. to dusk. Parking is now free!!
Mt Kit Carson (GCG2KV) is a short but steep detour on your way out if you are looking for more bang for your buck.
I am doubtful that this cache will be findable in the winter, but feel free to prove me wrong if so inclined.
Be assured that you shouldn't need to move anything in order to find this cache.
