This is a micro cache contained in an everyday park object (or is it a utility?). You CAN NOT see the cache itself, and thus must look for it's container (using the hint if you'd like).

Sorry to all who went looking for this cache only to discover it was missing. It seems to have migrated from it's resting place but someone was nice enough to leave it nearby. Found it and replaced it. I also took some new coordinates.
