This is fairly large for a micro (46cm long) but there's really not
any room for anything other than the smallest swaps.
It's a couple of metres up, held on with magnets. (ALL caches
should involve magnets!), so you'll need some basic equipment to
retrieve and replace it.
A walking pole works well; one of the ones with the basket thingy
that stops it sinking into sand or snow. Or, a pair of cleft
sticks, perhaps. Or one of those grippers that old people and
Council workers use to pick things up without bending.
I could only find
one online reference to the Mick Conti who gave his name to
this place, and it says about him:
Mick worked his Pickering Brook orchard with his wife Maria
Alosi. They had 3 children: Louie (1945), Teresa (1949) and Grace
(1959). Mick's contribution to the Hills - Mater Gratiae
Church/School; San Leone Association - have been commemorated by
Mick Conti Park, Lesmurdie.
Please park at the parking waypoint in Schunke Close, where you'll
find a walkway down to the Park (say hello to the chooks as you go
past!)
