This cache was placed as part of the Neighbour of Leap Year's day Bash Event. This is a mystery cache in a small container located at a train bridge.

This mystery cache uses the railroad pole numbers next to the tracks to calculate the final cache coordinates. The supports of the bridge are evidence that this bridge doubles as shelter from time to time, as the walls are covered with graffiti.
